This policy explains how Japandi Dev handles information when you visit japandi.dev or contact Japandi Dev by email.
Information collected when you visit
Japandi Dev is a static website. It has no user accounts, contact forms, advertising, or third-party embeds. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand site usage and real-world performance without creating individual visitor profiles.
Cloudflare Web Analytics processes aggregate metrics such as visits, page views, referring sites, approximate country, device type, browser, operating system, page-load timing, and Core Web Vitals including LCP, INP, and CLS. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or track individual visitors across websites.
The site is delivered through Cloudflare and hosted by Biznet Gio. To deliver and protect the site, these providers may process standard technical request data, including your IP address, request date and time, requested page, referrer, browser or device information, and security-related events. Japandi Dev uses this processing only to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
Cookies and browser storage
Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookie-free and does not store analytics identifiers in your browser. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie if one of its security features is triggered. Japandi Dev does not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Information you send by email
Email links on this site open your own email application. If you contact Japandi Dev, the information you choose to include—such as your email address, name, and message—is used to respond to you, manage the conversation, and address any related security or legal issue. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not needed for your request.
How information is shared
Japandi Dev does not sell personal information. Information is shared only as needed with:
- Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the site;
- Biznet Gio, which hosts the site;
- the email service providers involved when you choose to send an email; and
- authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or investigate abuse.
Cloudflare operates a global network, so technical request data may be processed outside your country. Each service provider handles information under its own privacy terms.
Retention
Analytics and technical request data are processed and retained by Cloudflare and Biznet Gio according to their service settings and policies. Japandi Dev does not export or maintain a separate visitor-level analytics database. Email correspondence is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the conversation, security, record-keeping, or legal obligations, and is then deleted when no longer needed.
Your choices and requests
You may ask whether Japandi Dev holds personal information from an email conversation, and request access, correction, or deletion. A request may be limited where retaining information is necessary for security, record-keeping, or a legal obligation. You can also contact Cloudflare or Biznet Gio directly about information they process under their policies.
